This site is a tribute to Ronald Cox, who was born in Wigan on April 10, 1938.

Ronnie leaves his wife of nearly sixty years Joan, his two sons Stephen and Martin together with his seven grandchildren. Ronnie's family was at the centre of his world, he was loved by us all and will be missed greatly.

Ronnie passed away peacefully after a long battle with cancer on the morning of the fourth of April.  Like so many taken from us in this way he was brave to the end only thinking of those he loved.

Ronnie helped everyone he met and was a loyal husband, father and grandfather. He never let anyone down or broke a promise. There is no greater tribute to a man than that.
